A beautiful celebration depends on both inspired design and the expertise to bring it to life. The Main Event combines event rentals, floral design, custom fabrication, and production, helping transform venues across Los Cabos, Todos Santos, and the East Cape.

Built by Karla Casillas and Jose Carrillo, the company is part of House of Casillas and draws on their more than two decades of experience producing destination celebrations. Karla brings the perspective of an event planner, while Jose, founder and general manager, oversees the team, warehouses, transportation, and installation logistics.

The studio supports wedding planners, designers, resorts, venues, destination management companies, and private clients. Its designers, fabricators, florists, and logistics specialists work together under one operation, connecting creative concepts with practical execution.

The rental collection includes ceremony arches and structures, dining and cocktail tables, chairs, bars, barstools, and lounge furnishings. Tabletop selections range from chargers, plates, and cutlery to glassware, napkins, linens, and runners. Vases, candle holders, lanterns, rugs, cushions, and hanging elements provide layers of texture and personality, complemented by lighting options.

Beyond rentals, The Main Event develops event concepts, creates custom pieces, designs floral installations, and manages production from the initial discussion through installation and removal. Dedicated warehouses, its own fleet, and production crews support the work behind the scenes.
