Surrounded by fewer than fifty of their closest friends and family, Laura Hayes and Max Romero’s wedding at The Cape, a Thompson Hotel was the perfect blend of intimacy and elevated Cabo style. The day unfolded with a sense of calm sophistication—modern, elegant, and effortlessly romantic.
Set against the endless ocean, their ceremony embraced a monochrome palette of white roses and clouds of baby’s breath. The design was simple yet striking, letting the natural beauty of Cabo shine through. Soft sunlight poured across the aisle, wrapping the couple in a golden glow that felt as timeless as it was organic.
As evening fell, the celebration transitioned into a modern coastal soirée. The terrace transformed with black-and-white flooring, hanging baby’s breath, and mirrored disco balls—equal parts refined and playful. Guests sipped cocktails adorned with custom dog stir sticks and dried citrus, a nod to the couple’s personality and charm.
Laura’s off-the-shoulder lace gown and sheer sleeves captured effortless romance, while Max’s black tuxedo and velvet loafers added a sharp, editorial edge. Together, they embodied the modern Cabo couple—stylish yet grounded, formal yet full of joy. A lively mariachi band brought warmth and rhythm to the night, blending local tradition with contemporary design. In every moment, Laura and Max’s wedding reflected what makes Cabo celebrations unforgettable: understated luxury, heartfelt energy, and love that feels completely at home by the sea.
